To set up CXone Mpower Copilot for Agents, complete these steps:

1. Contact your Account Representative to enable Copilot for Agents, Agent Assist Hub, and Knowledge Hub for your organization.

2. Create a Copilot for Agents profile.

3. Modify your Studio script.
