CXone Mpower Performance Management (Native)

CXone Mpower Performance Management (Native), or PM (Native), is a native application to the CXone Mpower platform.

The PM (Native) solution evolves from basic data handling to advanced dashboards and full-featured performance management.

PM (Native) is structured in two tiers:

  • Basic: Insights license required.

  • Advanced: Act license required.

Each tier builds upon the previous one, offering additional features and capabilities.

CXone Mpower Dashboards

Out-of-the-box dashboards designed to get you up and running quickly. Includes built-in, essential performance monitoring tools that provide the foundation for more robust dashboard functionality:

  • Application Integrations: Connect with core applications.

  • Metrics: Access pre-defined performance metrics.

  • Dashboards: Basic dashboard creation tools, out-of-the-box widgets, and Near Real-Time (NRT) Monitoring for operational visibility.

  • Reports: Support analytical workflows, review historical data, and create My Reports.

CXone Mpower PM Insights

Basic dashboard tier that includes all out-of-the-box dashboard features, plus:

  • Enhanced Dashboards: Create more complex dashboards.

  • Use Custom integrations via Data Management (Extract, Transform, Load).

  • Custom Metrics: Define and track your own performance metrics.

  • Advanced Widgets: Access a wider range of widgets with more capabilities.

  • Objectives and Alerts: Set performance goals and receive notifications.

  • Extended History: View historical data up to 25 months.

  • Export Options: Export reports for further analysis.

  • PM Widgets: Use specialized Performance Management widgets.

  • Wallboards: Display real-time performance data on large screens.

CXone Mpower PM Act

Advanced dashboard tier that includes all out-of-the-box and basic dashboard features, plus:

  • Gamification: Engage users with game-like elements and widgets.

  • Coaching Tools: Access features to support employee coaching, including specific widgets.
