Workforce Management (IEX Integrated) allows you to periodically import text-based data from outside sources, like forecasting or HR systems. Workforce Management (IEX Integrated) data import does not allow for real-time delivery of data.
There are six pre-defined import modules:
- Contact History
- Forecast
- Import Agent
- MU Opens
- Schedule Changes
- Vacation Summary
There are additional costs associated with this feature. A Professional Services engagement is required to set up and implement each recurring import for your system. There is also a monthly recurring charge. Ask your Workforce Management (IEX Integrated) representative for more information.
