Access Voicemail Files

Required permission: ACD > Storage > Browse ACD Files Edit

1. Click the app selector and select ACD.

2. Click Support > Browse ACD Files.

3. Browse to the folder containing your voicemail files.
4. Click a file to open it.
5. To download the WAV file, click Download.
