Obtain, Review, and Publish the Studio Scripts
You require three Studio scripts for the voice bot integration. NiCE CXone Professional Services provides production-ready templates for each script. Do not use the demo scripts illustrated in the Help Center documentation for production deployments.
-
Contact NiCE CXone Professional Services and request the production Studio script templates for the AI Agents (Cognigy) voice bot SIP backchannel integration. Provide your CXone business unit details and environment information (production or staging).
-
Login to Studio. Click File > Import from File.
-
Navigate to the location of the script you want to import, select it and click Open. Import each of the following scripts one at a time, repeating steps 2–5 for each:
-
Main script
-
Spawned SIP backchannel script
-
CXone token / Integration Hub script (optional — required only if using Integration Hub for encrypted token generation)
-
-
Click Save.
-
On the Save Script As window, choose the folder to save the script in. Enter a new File name for the script if you want to change it.
-
Click Save.
-
Review each script with your Studio script developer and NiCE CXone Professional Services to verify:
-
The correct phone number DID or ANI and skill assignments are configured.
-
The SIP header variables (Business Unit Number, Contact IDs) are correctly mapped.
-
The Integration Hub connection reference is correctly set in the token script.
-
Validate each script for errors in Studio. Resolve any validation errors before publishing.
-
-
