User Hub to CXone Dashboard Migration Utility

The CXone Dashboard Migration Utility helps you move selected dashboards from User Hub to CXone Dashboards. The utility creates new CXone dashboards from your selected User Hub dashboards. It does not modify, replace, overwrite, merge, or delete existing dashboards in either User Hub or CXone Dashboards. You choose which dashboards to migrate, and can run the migration more than once.

You must have these permissions:

  • Dashboard > Dashboards: View

  • Dashboard > Dashboards: Edit

If you cannot access Dashboards, check with your administrator. The administrator can find these permissions in NiCE CXone. Go to Admin > Security Settings > Roles and Permissions and select the role.

Migrating User Hub Dashboards to CXone

To migrate User Hub Dashboards to CXone:

  1. Click the app selector and select Dashboard .

  2. Select Dashboard Migration in CXone Migration Utility.

  3. Click Discover My Dashboards.

  4. Select the dashboards you want to migrate, and click Start Migration.

  5. (Optional) Enter the Name Suffix, and click Update.

  6. Check the selected dashboard list, and click Execute.

  7. Review the migration summary, which shows the count and status for successful, warning, and failed migrations.

  8. Click View Audit Log to see the failed migration log.
