To connect CXone Mpower Expert to a Knowledge Hub knowledge base, you must either provide your Expert credentials to NiCE Professional Services or enter them in Knowledge Hub yourself. This page describes how to generate those credentials by creating an Expert API token. You should treat the credentials like passwords. Be sure to store them in a secure location.

In Expert, go to Site tools > Dashboard.

In the left menu, click Integrations > API Token Management.

Click Add new API token.

In API token type, select Server.

Enter a Name for the API token.

Click Generate API token.

Copy the key and secret from the pop-up that appears. Store them in a secure location. If you choose to enter your Expert credentials in Knowledge Hub yourself, enter these values in the Config Key and Config Secret fields.
