Proactive Health Alerts API

The Proactive Health Alerts (PHA) API enables external applications to retrieve health indicators and active alert events for a NiCE CXone business unit. Health indicators provide visibility into the operational health of contact center services, while alert events help identify conditions that may require attention.

The API can be used to support monitoring, reporting, and integration with external systems.
