* The June extension applies to customers using MAX for voice only. These customers may continue using MAX beyond June only if a parity issue or bug is preventing conversion and they have received approval through a MAX extension request. Customers requiring continued use of MAX due to additional migration for legacy digital channels may do so until the conversions to Digital Experience (DX) and Agent Workspace are complete. In these cases, a MAX extension request is not required.
