Deactivate an Organization

Organizations in Studio cannot be deleted or modified. You can deactivate an organization.

1. In CXone Mpower, click the app selector and select Studio.
2. Click Development Workflow.
3. Click the three stacked dots next to the organization and select Deactivate.
4. Confirm your intention to deactivate the selected organization.

Modify an Organization Name or Description

1. In CXone Mpower, click the app selector and select Studio.
2. Click Development Workflow.
3. Locate and click on the organization you want to modify.
4. Change the organization Name or Description.
5. Click Save.
