The VC Health Visibility page in Studio provides real-time and historical insights into how your scripts are performing against shared Virtual Contact (VC) system infrastructure.

View Current System Health

In NiCE CXone, click the app selector and select Studio.
On the Scripts page, click Script Health.
Review the data on the VC Health Monitor page.

Diagnose a Current Issue

If your system is currently experiencing an issue, you can use the AI-powered tool on the VC Health Monitor page to assist your troubleshooting and diagnosis process.

In NiCE CXone, click the app selector and select Studio.
On the Scripts page, click Script Health.
Review the data on the VC Health Monitor page.
Click Diagnose VC Health at the bottom of the page. The VC health monitor tool runs an analysis on the cluster and returns information about its health.
