Evaluator Analysis
This report provides a comprehensive analysis of evaluator performance and evaluation progress within quality plans and evaluations. It features six distinct widgets, each offering detailed insights and metrics on evaluators' performance and the current status of evaluations.

John Middleton, a Quality Manager at Classics, Inc., wants to monitor his evaluators and their progress in completing evaluations. He opens the Evaluator Analysis report, defines the time period for his analysis, selects his team, and chooses the relevant quality plan. As he reviews the evaluations by Quality Plan Status widget, he notices that more than half of the evaluations are still pending. To address this, John uses the Evaluator Performance widget to identify which evaluators are struggling to complete their assignments. This process allows John to gain a clear understanding of the current status of evaluations and pinpoint areas where evaluators may need additional support or resources to improve their performance.

If you cannot access the reporting templates or Dashboard, check with your administrator. The administrator can find these permissions in CXone Mpower. Go to Admin > Security Settings > Roles and Permissions and select the role.

When the "Break Down view" is enabled and the "Automatic Quality Plan" checkbox is checked, the widget offers detailed insights into the performance and status of each quality plan during report generation.

This widget displays detailed information for each evaluation. The Quality Evaluation widget allows you to configure which columns are visible in the report, providing a customizable view of the evaluation data.
