CXone Mpower Desktop Discovery (Hybrid)
Desktop Discovery was earlier known as NEVA Discover.
The RT Client authenticates and authorizes against the APA server, while data processing is performed on the AI server before being uploaded to CXone. Both the APA and AI servers are non-CXone components.
Access Desktop Discovery
To have the Desktop Discovery application available in CXone Mpower, you must enable it in the external server component. For more information, see Enable Desktop Discovery in the Automation Portal parameter here.
To access the Desktop Discovery application:

Log in to CXone Mpower.

Go to Workforce Engagement > Desktop Discovery > Application Management > Process Analytics.
The Process Analytics page appears. For more information, refer to Process Analytics.
For information on tenants, refer to Manage Tenants.
Change Credentials
You can change the Desktop Discovery credentials through Password Manager in APA. These credentials are used for logging in to the application.

Enable Desktop Discovery (Hybrid)
To enable the Desktop Discovery (Hybrid) feature, follow these steps:

On the APA server, go to Configuration Management > Automation Finder > Enable Data Upload for Desktop Discovery and set the value True to allow continuous data upload to CXone Mpower.

In the CXone Mpower application, go to TM > [Tenant Name] > NEVA > Edit NEVA Application Configuration and select the NEVA Data Collection check-box.
