Some NiCE CXone services, such as transcription, are used by NiCE CXone applications. Subscriptions allow you to use these services in other parts of the platform or to export output from the services. Currently, transcription is the only service available as a subscription.
Subscribing to a service creates a connection between that service and another application in the NiCE CXone platform. Custom scripting is required to use the connection.
Transcript Subscriptions
A transcript subscription allows you to:

Send transcripts to NiCE CXone applications that aren't set up to use them by default. Currently, Copilot for Supervisors is the only supported application.

Export transcripts outside of NiCE CXone.
Transcript subscriptions and Continuous Stream Transcription must be enabled in your NiCE CXone system. To export transcriptions outside of NiCE CXone, you must also have Integration Hub. Contact your NiCE CXone Account Representative for assistance.
Custom Studio scripting is required to complete the setup of transcript subscriptions.
