Analytics Services centralizes NiCE CXone analytics rules. It lets admins define analytics policies to control which language is used when analyzing interactions from transcripts, audio, and video.
Analytics Services Permissions
You must have appropriate permission to see the navigation for the Roles & Permissions feature. If your organization isn't configured to use Analytics Services, you won't see this permission.
The Administrator role should be assigned to you. For more information, see Roles.
Analytics Services controls access to the following features in Admin:

Analytics Policies: Enables users to work with analytics policies on the Analytics Policies page in Admin > Analytics Services> Analytics Policies.

Redaction Profiles: Enables users to work with redaction profiles on the Redaction Profiles page in Admin > Analytics Services> Redaction Profiles.
Both features are governed by the Analytics Services license in Tenant Manager and the corresponding in Roles & Permissions.
