Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Permissions

Business Continuity Plan lets you set up a backup system. This lets you keep your contact center open during service disruptions, like outages or planned maintenance. Business Continuity Plan (BCP) must be enabled for your tenantClosed High-level organizational grouping used to manage technical support, billing, and global settings for your CXone Mpower system. by your NiCE Account Representativein order to see the permissions discussed on this page.

You must have the appropriate permissions to view Roles and Permissions. The Administrator role should be assigned to you. For more information, see Roles.

Enables users to do the following in the Sync Configurations section of Admin:

  • View: Users can see and navigate to the feature page from the menu and see the contents of the page. This is a foundation permission that may be included with higher-level permissions.

  • Edit: Users can edit existing entries for a feature or page.
