Resolve Login Issues

If you are using NiCE CXone Agent Workspace for Microsoft Teams (Agent for Microsoft Teams), you may experience issues logging in. Follow these steps to fix this issue.

  1. Alert your administrator to the issue. They may need to perform some fixes on your organization's Microsoft Teams instance.

  2. Log out from all NiCE CXone applications.

  3. Clear your Microsoft Teams cache Box with arrow indicating navigation to external site..

  4. Restart Microsoft Teams.

  5. Check that you can log in to Agent Workspace for Microsoft Teams (Agent for Microsoft Teams) using the browser version of Microsoft Teams.

  6. If you are still experiencing issues logging in, contact your administrator.
