Save, Validate, and Publish the Studio Script

Required permissions: Studio Script View, Create/Edit

1. Configure the branch settings in Studio and click Save.

2. Click Script > Validate to check the script for errors, and resolve any issues before proceeding.

3. Publish the script according to your organization's deployment process.

4. If this is a new script, open the digital channel in CXone Digital Experience (DX) and assign the script to the channel's point of contact (POC). The POC is the entry point through which contacts initiate interactions on that channel.
