Change Audit Report

The Change Audit report displays general activities across your CXone Mpower system. For example, you could view all of the username changes that occurred during a specific time period. Or you could track evaluation form changes, such as being activated, deactivated, or deleted.

Clarissa Dalloway is an analyst for Classics Inc. She wants to see all the changes in usernames for the month of May across all applications. Clarissa runs the Change Audit report, defining the time period from May 1st to May 31st in the report prompt. She then sets Entity to User and sets Attribute to User.userName in the report filter. The table automatically updates to show the username changes in May. The information includes when the changes were made, the previous and new values, and who made the change.

Data in this Report

The Change Audit report has multiple columns that present data attributes for changes to existing CXone Mpower entities or values. You can right-click any column in the report to sort the data, drill-down, or adjust the display.

Field Details
Application The CXone application in which the event occurred.
Modified Time (UTC)

The date and UTC time at which the change occurred.

The displayed time is when the change occurred according to UTC+0. The time is not shown in your chosen time zone or the entity's time zone. For example, suppose your tenant's time zone is UTC +2 and you looked at a name change for a user whose time zone is UTC +1. If Modified Time displays 7:00 AM, then the change occurred at 8:00 AM for the user and 9:00 AM for your tenant.
