Coaching Widgets

The coaching widget provides a quick overview of the different states of the coaching sessions created by you or assigned to you in the Coaching application.

Coaching Status

Using this widget, you can see the number of coaching sessions assigned to you and owned by you over a selected time. You can also see the number of sessions based on their different statuses. The coaching status widget can be used by both coaches and agents.

You can select from the different coaching types.

  • Coach the coach

  • Group coaching

  • 1:1 coaching

The coaching status widget has two tabs:

Owned by me: You can see the session state for each coaching session created by you. The states can be Draft, Awaiting Acknowledgment, Completed, Overdue, Scheduled, and Assigned. Each state represents the number of coaching sessions you created and the last update in the selected range.

Assigned to me: You can see the session state for each coaching session assigned to you.

Click Open in New Page , to view Coaching Sessions in My Zone, where you can see additional coaching details.

KPI Trend and Coaching Effectiveness Widget

The KPI Trend and Coaching Events widget helps supervisors and quality managers understand how coaching sessions impact performance. The KPI trend line, combined with coaching event markers, makes it easy to see the overall effectiveness of coaching sessions. This widget clearly shows whether coaching is driving the desired improvements or if additional support is needed.

Use this widget to:

  • Track metric trends for selected agents and teams over time.

  • Visually correlate coaching events with a single KPI.

  • Hover over a coaching event to review details of the session.

  • Compare individual agent performance to the team average in a tabular view.

  • Export data for additional offline analysis.

Click Options to adjust Settings, Refresh, Duplicate, or Remove the widget, adjust the Widget Display, or Export the data.
