The coaching widget provides a quick overview of the different states of the coaching sessions created by you or assigned to you in the Coaching application.
Coaching Status
Using this widget, you can see the number of coaching sessions assigned to you and owned by you over a selected time. You can also see the number of sessions based on their different statuses. The coaching status widget can be used by both coaches and agents.
You can select from the different coaching types.

The coaching status widget has two tabs:
Owned by me: You can see the session state for each coaching session created by you. The states can be Draft, Awaiting Acknowledgment, Completed, Overdue, Scheduled, and Assigned. Each state represents the number of coaching sessions you created and the last update in the selected range.
Assigned to me: You can see the session state for each coaching session assigned to you.

If you cannot access the widgets or Dashboard, check with your administrator. The administrator can find these permissions in CXone Mpower. Go to Admin > Security Settings > Roles and Permissions and select the role.

Display Name: Define a name for the widget.

Date Range: Define the date range. You can set a custom date range or choose from options, like Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, and Custom range.
KPI Trend and Coaching Effectiveness Widget
The KPI Trend and Coaching Events widget helps supervisors and quality managers understand how coaching sessions impact performance. The KPI trend line, combined with coaching event markers, makes it easy to see the overall effectiveness of coaching sessions. This widget clearly shows whether coaching is driving the desired improvements or if additional support is needed.
Use this widget to:

Track metric trends for selected agents and teams over time.

Visually correlate coaching events with a single KPI.

Hover over a coaching event to review details of the session.

Compare individual agent performance to the team average in a tabular view.

Export data for additional offline analysis.
Permissions and licenses
This widget is only available for organizations with the CXone MpowerPerformance Management (Native) Act license.

to adjust Settings, Refresh, Duplicate, or Remove the widget, adjust the Widget Display, or Export the data.

Display Name: Define a name for the widget.

Metrics: Choose one metric to focus on a single, critical KPI and follow metric trends over time.

Date Range: Define the date range. You can set a Custom date range or choose from Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.

Team: Select the teams to include in the widget. Only the agents from the teams you select are displayed. The Current Team filter restricts other team selections and requires a PM (Native) license.

Agent: Select the agents to include in the widget from your selected teams in the Teams filter. The Current Agent filter restricts other agent selections and requires a PM (Native) license. Inactive agents are displayed on the dashboard only if the selected date range includes a period when they were active. If the date range includes a period before and after they've become inactive, they will not be displayed.
