NiCE CXone Dashboard Widgets

Dashboard widgets let you customize your dashboard with the information and tools you need. By adding widgets, you can create a workspace that shows real-time data, performance metrics, and important information to help you manage your tasks effectively.

Adding Widgets

To add widgets to your dashboard, click Add Widget on the blank Dashboard page. You can drag and drop widgets or double-click them to add them to your dashboard. You can also change widget settings, rename them, resize, and move them to make your view better.

Widget Categories

  • Omnichannel Routing (ACD): Get real-time data on your contact center's performance with widgets that show specific information.

  • QM: Track and improve agent performance and quality processes with widgets that monitor key metrics.

  • Coaching: Check various statuses of coaching sessions created or that have been assigned to.

  • Metrics: Visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics using charts, graphs, and tables, making it easier to see trends and make informed decisions.

  • PM: Use gamification and performance data to motivate and improve agent performance with interactive widgets.

  • IA: Analyze interaction data to understand and improve agent performance, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

    Licensing Differences

    Organizations with a NiCE CXonePerformance Management (Native) license can access up to 95 days of historical data within a 25-month lookback period. Those with a dashboard-only license are limited to same-day data.

    The PM (Native) license also unlocks extra widgets: Gauge, Leaderboard, Metrics Review, and Dispositions.
