• NiCE CXone Agent Workspace (Agent) (CXA): The native next-generation agent client that uses a direct URL to provide a suite-centric experience for voice and digital channels.

• NiCE CXone Agent Workspace (Browser Extension) (Agent Integrated) (CXAI): A browser-extension version of NiCE CXone Agent Workspace (Agent) docked to the side of the screen and that can be integrated with various CRMs.
