A knowledge management system that hosts knowledge articles. to a Knowledge Hub knowledge base, you must either provide the knowledge source's credentials to NiCE Professional Services or enter them in Knowledge Hub yourself. Those credentials include OAuth tokens that provide secure access to the knowledge source. You must generate these tokens.
